3. Guest data & loyalty pass data
When your restaurant issues digital wallet passes or runs campaigns, certain guest contact details and engagement data are processed to deliver those services. As the restaurant operator, you control your guest relationships. We act as a processor on your behalf and handle guest data only to operate the features you enable.
4. Data retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Guest data is retained for the duration needed to provide loyalty and marketing services and is deleted upon request or when no longer necessary, subject to legal obligations.
