These Terms of Service govern your use of DynEngine. By using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, please contact us before signing up.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using DynEngine at dynengine.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your contact details current.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, send unsolicited marketing without consent, upload unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt service. You are responsible for complying with applicable marketing and data-protection laws (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM) for any campaigns you send.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. The 30-day free trial requires no credit card. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content and guest data you upload or generate. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the platform for you.
6. Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may update or remove functionality with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of liability
DynEngine is provided 'as is' to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
