Common issues
My logo looks blurry on the pass
Upload a PNG or SVG at least 320px wide with a transparent background. JPEGs with compression will look soft in the Wallet header.
The pass won't add to Apple Wallet
Confirm the card is published (status = Live). Test on a second device. If it still fails, regenerate the pass certificate from Settings → Wallet.
Pro tip
Punch cards convert fastest for first-time programs; cashback drives higher average order value once guests are enrolled.
