Common issues
Authorization fails with 'invalid credentials'
Use your POS admin login (not a staff PIN). Confirm multi-location access is enabled on the POS account, then re-authorize.
Stamps aren't applying at checkout
Verify reward redemption is toggled on, and that the menu item is mapped to the correct DynEngine location. Run a $1 test transaction to confirm.
My POS isn't in the list
Switch to Standalone Scanner mode — it works with any register. You can also request your POS under Integrations → Request.
Pro tip
No supported POS? Standalone Scanner mode works with any register — guests just scan a QR code at the table or counter.
